Evan O’Hara (Associate)
Evan O’Hara is an Associate with the Firm, practicing with Renzulli Law Firm’s national litigation practice group. Evan concentrates his practice on civil litigation defense, product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, and intellectual property. Evan has extensive experience litigating claims which involve complex factual and legal issues and has achieved favorable outcomes both at trial and pre-trial. As part of Renzulli Law Firm’s national litigation practice, Evan represents corporations in catastrophic injury and product liability actions, including the defense of firearms manufacturers, distributors, retailers, shooting ranges, and other members of the firearms, shooting sports, and sporting goods industries.
Before joining Renzulli Law Firm, Evan was associated with a prominent firm located in the Northeast where his practice focused primarily on defending medical providers against claims of malpractice and corporate negligence. He also gained experience litigating claims arising from aviation accidents, construction defects, and other general negligence actions.
Evan is a member of the bar in the State of Connecticut and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. His admission in New York is pending. He received his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law (Hamden, Connecticut), where he was a member of Quinnipiac Law Review and a recipient of the Superior Classroom Performance Award during commencement ceremonies. He also served as a member of the Student Bar Association Judicial Board, the Mock Trial Society, and the student section of the Faculty Selection Committee for a tenure track health law professor. He received his B.A. in history from Union College (Schenectady, New York), where he was a member of the baseball team his junior and senior years.
