Paul Fraulo (Associate)

Paul Fraulo is an Associate practicing with Renzulli Law Firm’s intellectual property practice group and national litigation practice group.

Paul is an experienced patent practitioner and has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technologies.  Paul’s patent experience and technological prowess contribute to Renzulli Law Firm’s intellectual property practice group, including patent disputes and patent infringement matters, as well as evaluating patentability, invalidity and navigating the evolving rules and procedures at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Additionally, Paul has experience in trademark and copyright matters, including due diligence, clearance, enforcement, and infringement matters. 

As a litigator, Paul practices civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on product liability, toxic tort, negligence-based litigation, and contractual claims.

Paul earned his B.A. from Williams College where he achieved a double major in astrophysics and economics and was a member of the varsity wrestling team.  Paul received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where he graduated cum laude. During his time in law school, Paul was a member of the appellate division of the Moot Court Honor Society, served as an articles editor in the Journal of Law and Policy, and was a Trade Secrets Fellow.

Paul is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the State of Connecticut, and is a registered patent practitioner before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. (Reg. No. 72,121).
