Overview
Kristen Renzulli is a Partner with Renzulli Law Firm and an accomplished litigator with 30 years of experience representing businesses in complex disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses product liability, commercial and business litigation, trademark and copyright infringement, antitrust, banking, bankruptcy, and corporate contract matters.
Throughout her career, Kristen has represented Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as other prominent domestic and international businesses, in significant litigation matters. She advises clients at every stage of a dispute—from risk assessment and pre-litigation strategy through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. She also counsels businesses in connection with contract negotiation, drafting, enforcement, and disputes.
Kristen has substantial appellate experience and has successfully briefed and argued appeals before state and federal appellate courts. Her ability to distill complicated factual and legal issues into focused, persuasive arguments has been central to her work in complex federal litigation and high-stakes commercial matters.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the New York International Law Review and the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary. While in law school, she authored Over the Edge: State Taxation of Multinational Corporations in the Wake of Barclays. She also holds a master’s degree in education.
Kristen is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
Outside of her legal practice, Kristen enjoys restoring historic homes in New York and Connecticut. She and her husband, Christopher, have three children and divide their time between Chappaqua, New York, and New Fairfield, Connecticut.
