Howard B. Schilsky is a Senior Associate at Renzulli Law Firm. He represents domestic and international companies in high-stakes litigation.  His practice focuses on product liability and negligence matters, class action defense, and complex commercial disputes, including fraud and misrepresentation claims. He appears in state and federal courts across the country.

Howard handles matters at every stage, from pre-suit strategy and risk assessment through dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He has secured dismissals through targeted motion practice, obtained favorable resolutions in high-exposure matters, and advocated successfully for clients on appeal. Written advocacy is central to his practice, and he leads the drafting of dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and other key submissions. He also regularly argues dispositive motions, evidentiary issues, and appeals.

Howard also serves as outside counsel to manufacturers, distributors, and other businesses on product risk, compliance, and commercial strategy. He advises on all aspects of product recalls, from recall strategy and implementation through post-recall liability exposure. He also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, including supply, manufacturing, distribution, indemnification, and services agreements, as well as liability waivers.

Howard received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he graduated at the top of his class and served as Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review. During law school, he was a judicial intern to the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his B.A. from Syracuse University.
