As Of Counsel at Renzulli Law Firm, Troy maintains a litigation-focused practice with a particular emphasis on representing members of the firearms and ammunition industry nationally in both state and federal courts. His litigation work includes the defense of complex civil matters involving public nuisance, product liability, and negligence claims. In addition to his nationwide litigation practice, Troy also advises industry clients on a range of corporate matters, including employment-related issues, general business transactions and regulatory compliance with federal and state firearms laws. 

Before joining Renzulli Law Firm, Troy was a partner at a leading New York law firm, where he represented closely held businesses, mid-sized companies, and large corporate clients in contract disputes, employment matters, shareholder actions, and real estate and zoning litigation. Troy advises executives, business owners, and in-house counsel on litigation strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution, often in cases involving highly technical and complex subject matters. 

Troy has been selected for Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America (2024, 2025) and recognized as a Super Lawyers® New York Metro Rising Star (2020–2024). In 2022, he received the 40 Under 40 Rising Staraward from the Business Council of Westchester for professional excellence and leadership.

Troy earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Pace Law School in Westchester County, New York. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
