Patrick McDonald is Of Counsel with Renzulli Law Firm. Patrick represents firearm and ammunition manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers in state and federal court litigation nationally across a broad array of subject matters, with a focus on product liability and negligent marketing, sale and distribution. Patrick advises clients on litigation strategy and routinely coordinates with insurers, co-counsel and expert witnesses in complex matters, and has broad experience with pleadings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, and appeals.  Patrick also advises firearm industry clients on regulatory compliance issues relating to federal, state and local firearm laws.

Prior to joining Renzulli Law Firm, Patrick’s practice focused on complex commercial and business litigation, representing corporations, partnerships, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in commercial tort and contract disputes, as well as high-profile defamation matters. 

Patrick is licensed to practice law in New York State courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Patrick earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Vermont, majoring in Business Administration, and earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
