Howard B. Schilsky is a Senior Associate with Renzulli Law Firm.  Howard is an accomplished litigator and strategic advisor who represents domestic and international clients in complex, high-stakes disputes. His practice focuses on product liability, class action defense, complex commercial litigation, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and other consequential disputes. Howard counsels clients through every phase of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and risk assessment through trial, appeal, and resolution. He also advises manufacturers, distributors, and other businesses on risk and compliance issues, and all aspects of product recalls, including recall strategy and post-recall liability exposure.

Howard regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout the country and has developed a strong record of success in complex litigation, securing dismissals through strategic motion practice, obtaining favorable resolutions in high-exposure matters, and successfully advocating for clients on appeal. He regularly counsels companies on product-related risk, including the implementation and management of recall initiatives. He also drafts and reviews a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, manufacturing, distribution, indemnification, and services agreements, as well as liability waivers and other critical business documentation.

Howard earned his B.A. from Syracuse University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he graduated at the top of his class. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to Vincent L. Briccetti of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and served as Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review.
