Since joining the firm, Peter has been an important addition to the firm’s national litigation practice representing domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial and business tort litigation. He also specializes in product liability litigation, as well as representing private corporations in matters involving federal civil rights, federal and state tax, and employment issues. Joan continues at the firm with her extensive experience representing product manufacturers, suppliers, equipment manufacturers and others, including their insurers, in all aspects of asbestos litigation, both as National Counsel and local counsel throughout New York.
