Renzulli Law Firm Partner Christopher Renzulli was again quoted in the news in connection with  litigation involving the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) in Connecticut. In the case, Christopher Renzulli leads the defense of a Connecticut  firearms retailer. Renzulli Law Firm moved to dismiss the case against the retailer on PLCAA grounds. An oral argument on the motion to dismiss was held in Hartford, Connecticut on March 7, 2011, with the United States participating to defend the constitutionality of the PLCAA, and the BradyCenter to Prevent Gun Violence on behalf of the plaintiff. Christopher Renzulli was widely quoted in connection  with Renzulli Law Firm’s headlining victory in Illeto v. Glock, a major case concerning the PLCAA, in the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
