Justin Gottuso (Associate)
Justin Gottuso is an Associate with Renzulli Law Firm and a member of the firm’s national litigation and intellectual property practice groups.
As a dual member of these groups, Justin has diverse experience counseling clients involved in civil litigation, contractual disputes, transactional matters, data privacy compliance, domain name disputes and intellectual property infringement. In addition, Justin plays an integral role in trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement. Justin assists clients daily with protecting their intellectual property rights while also providing advice on effective enforcement measures. He brings a grounded and pragmatic approach to all matters he handles.
Justin earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Justin was a member of Pace Law Review and Pace Law’s Intellectual Property Student Organization. Justin also worked with Pace Law’s Academic Success Program as a Tort Law Dean’s Scholar, where he provided tutoring and mentoring to first year law students. Prior to earning his law degree, Justin studied at the State University of New York at Cortland, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with double minors in Law & Justice and Peace & Conflict Studies.
Justin is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
