Joan Gasior (Partner)
Joan Gasior is a Partner with Renzulli Law Firm. Ms. Gasior has extensive experience representing many Fortune 500 and 100 product manufacturers, suppliers, equipment manufacturers, contractors and premises owners, and their insurers, in all aspects of high exposure asbestos litigation, both as National Coordinating Counsel and local counsel throughout New York. Ms. Gasior also has vast experience litigating pharmaceutical and whistleblower cases in federal and state courts.
Ms. Gasior’s diverse litigation experience includes toxic tort matters, class actions, product liability, medical malpractice, negligence and construction accidents. Ms. Gasior’s prior unique experience also includes her comprehensive work in the Toxic Tort Unit at a major New York City law firm, shortly after passage of the Toxic Tort Revival Act, while concurrently establishing and managing the firm’s DES Unit (Diethylstilbestrol).
Ms. Gasior received her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. She received her B.A. degree in Italian from New York University. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Gasior lives in Westchester County with her husband, Timothy McCann and their two children, Charles and Georgia.
