Natasha Menell is a Senior Associate with Renzulli Law Firm and has a distinguished background in complex civil litigation. She has represented clients from global corporations to private funds and family-owned businesses at every stage of litigation. Natasha helps clients successfully resolve disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration, while tenaciously protecting their rights.

As an experienced litigator across a range of industries, Natasha has defended clients against state and federal enforcement actions and has litigated numerous private claims through final appeal. Natasha specializes in consumer protection/unfair business practices, advertising and marketing, products liability, financial services litigation, real estate and real-estate finance, trade-secret enforcement, and antitrust claims. Natasha is a member of Renzulli Law Firm’s Firearms Industry Litigation, Counseling and Consulting team.

Natasha works closely with clients to understand their business needs and to achieve success in court. She brings a creative, customized approach to each case, focusing on each client’s unique concerns and requirements. Natasha plays a crucial role in designing litigation strategies that protect clients’ sensitive information, enhance their reputation, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard important relationships.

Natasha is licensed to practice law in New York State courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Tenth Circuits.

Natasha earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2016, where she served on the Cornell Law Review and Cornell Moot Court Board; M.Sc., with distinction, from the London School of Economics in 2012; and B.A./M.A., with honors, from the University of Cambridge (UK) in 2010.
