Peter V. Malfa (Partner)
Peter V. Malfa is a Partner with Renzulli Law Firm. Peter is a litigator and commercial counselor with experience handling complex matters across a broad array of subject matters. As part of Renzulli Law Firm’s national litigation practice, Peter represents domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial and business tort litigation and has experience with fraud, theft, and embezzlement disputes and investigations, breaches of major and complex contracts, claims based on violation of federal and state RICO laws, product liability litigation, and disputes concerning high net worth individuals. He also represents private corporations in matters involving federal civil rights, federal and state tax, and employment issues.
Peter interacts regularly with directors, officers, and executives of multi-national corporations on a variety of matters, including complex transactions, the development and expansion of consumer product lines, and international finance and banking matters.
Peter earned his B.A., with honors, from Fairfield University (Fairfield, Conn.) where he majored in Politics with a minor in Business Law, Regulation and Ethics. He attended Quinnipiac University School of Law (Hamden, Conn.) where he earned his J.D., cum laude, with dual concentrations in Civil Advocacy and Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law and Advocacy, which he received honors in both.
Peter is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Peter is active in the legal community and has been a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.
