Andrew H. Baginski (Associate)
Andrew H. Baginski is an Associate practicing with Renzulli Law Firm’s national litigation practice group. He represents and counsels the firm’s clients in the fields of general tort litigation, product liability, mass torts, government investigations, and other complex civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Mr. Baginski is an accomplished advocate with a diverse background representing clients of all sizes in matters involving personal injury, commercial litigation, civil rights, labor and employment, insurance coverage, and criminal investigations and prosecutions in both federal and state court. Mr. Baginski also has experience managing litigation for commercial and municipal liability programs of both insured and self-insured entities in metropolitan New York.
Previously, Mr. Baginski served as a Senior Appellate Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. In that role, he assisted the Justices of the Court with the determination of appeals by reviewing and researching arguments, making recommendations, and drafting proposed decisions. During his tenure with the Court, Mr. Baginski examined critical issues arising in all major areas of law and he is well-versed in the nuances of appellate practice and procedure.
Mr. Baginski earned his B.A. from The Catholic University of America where he majored in History with a minor in Philosophy. He then earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he was an Associate and Note and Comment Editor on the CommLaw Conspectus Law Journal.
Mr. Baginski is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
