Carol Morris-Fox (Of Counsel)
Carol Morris-Fox is Of Counsel to Renzulli Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s asbestos litigation team.
Ms. Morris-Fox has extensive experience in civil litigation in federal and state courts with an emphasis on asbestos defense, mass tort cases, pharmaceutical products liability, medical malpractice defense of major metropolitan and private hospitals, insurance coverage disputes and general negligence litigation. Prior to taking a position with Renzulli Law Firm, she practiced law in major New York and Connecticut law firms.
Ms. Morris-Fox is a seasoned litigator and has successfully argued many dispositive motions and appeals in federal and state courts. She is also an experienced negotiator who has secured numerous favorable settlements for her clients.
Ms. Morris-Fox received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was a member of the Syracuse International Law Journal and was awarded the L.F.E. Goldie Publication Award for her note entitled “In Search of a Stolen Masterpiece: The Causes and Remedies of International Art Theft.” She received her B.A. in Art History from Mount Holyoke College. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court of Connecticut.
