Billy is Of Counsel with Renzulli Law Firm. He zealously represents clients who are navigating complex disputes. He focuses his civil litigation work on products liability matters, commercial disputes, and class actions. He has extensive experience in investigations, including internal investigations as well as criminal and civil investigations conducted by government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York State Attorney General.

Prior to joining Renzulli Law Firm, Billy worked in private practice at other well-known prestigious global litigation law firms. Before entering private practice, he served as a judge advocate on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, during which time he first- or second-chaired numerous trials. He also deployed to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. Billy separated from the Air Force at the rank of Captain and received numerous decorations for his military service, including the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon.

Billy earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston University with a major in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) and was inducted as a member of Boston University’s Scarlet Key Society. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif and served as Managing Editor of Seton Hall Law Review. During law school, Billy also served as an extern to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey as well as an extern to Jaynee LaVecchia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Billy is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits; U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey, and Central and Northern Districts of Illinois; U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals; and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Billy is married to Justine M. Diggs, who is also an attorney.  Billy, Justine, their son, and their dogs love spending time engaging in outdoor activities.
