Howard B. Schilsky (Senior Associate)
Howard B. Schilsky is a Senior Associate with Renzulli Law Firm. Howard is an aggressive litigator and counselor who applies a trial-ready mentality while vigorously representing clients at all stages of litigation and providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on a national level. Howard’s litigation practice focuses on product liability, complex commercial litigation, negligence actions, contract disputes, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and business disputes of all kinds. Howard is also experienced in the area of class action defense. Howard provides advice and counseling to businesses and entrepreneurs nationally, assisting in all aspects of business growth, development, and compliance. In this role, Howard regularly reviews and drafts contracts, manufacturer and distributor agreements, liability waivers, and various other legally binding documents for both small and large sized businesses.
Howard is an experienced advocate who has secured dismissals for clients through motion practice and negotiated numerous favorable settlements in high stakes litigation matters. Howard has also successfully argued appeals and regularly advocates in courts of various state and federal jurisdictions nationally. He is a seasoned and accomplished writer with an established record of successful motions and appeals. Howard brings a unique and dedicated sensibility to each matter and litigates every case with zeal and enthusiasm. Similarly, Howard brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to counseling businesses.
Howard earned his B.A. from Syracuse University before earning his J.D. at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he graduated at the top of his class Magna Cum Laude. Howard had the privilege of interning for the Honorable Judge Briccetti of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and was Submissions Editor for Pace International Law Review.
