Kristen Renzulli (Managing Partner)
Kristen Renzulli is a partner with Renzulli Law Firm. She has more than twenty-five years of commercial and business litigation experience in state and federal courts in the areas of product liability; trademark and copyright infringement; antitrust; banking; bankruptcy; and corporate contract negotiations, drafting and disputes. She has represented Fortune 100 and 500 companies and other prominent business entities in various facets of litigation. She has successfully drafted and argued appeals before numerous appellate courts and has been involved in complex federal litigation throughout her career.
Kristen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was an editor of New York International Law Review and St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary and published the article Over the Edge: State Taxation of Multinational Corporations in the Wake of Barclays. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Education. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
Kristen spends her free time restoring historic homes in New York and Connecticut. She and her husband Christopher, along with their three children, split their time between Chappaqua, New York and New Fairfield, Connecticut.
