Samantha Panny (Associate)
Samantha Panny is an Associate with Renzulli Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s litigation and regulatory compliance practice groups, focusing her practice on product liability, contractual disputes, all facets of regulatory compliance, federal statutory immunity and general tort litigation. Samantha also represents private corporations in matters concerning employment issues, complex commercial litigation, federal and state tax, and other business-related legal counseling.
Samantha has broad experience in civil litigation defense in federal and state courts and has enjoyed great success with case dismissals on behalf of her clients resulting from dispositive motion practice, including successful pre-answer motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions. She has also zealously negotiated and secured favorable settlements for her clients. Prior to joining Renzulli Law Firm, Samantha litigated at a defense firm located in New York City.
Samantha earned her B.S. in Political Science and History from John Jay College of Criminal Justice before earning her J.D. from Penn State Law.
