November 23, 2022 – Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends and family! As Thanksgiving Day approaches, we look forward to seeing family and enjoying a home cooked meal with the people we love. This is a time to be grateful for the things in our lives that we often take for granted. The firearm industry in particular has a lot to be thankful for this year since the issuance of the Supreme Court’s decision in Bruen. As the ripple effect from this historic precedent continues, we are finally seeing lower courts actually take the Second Amendment seriously. Many gun control laws across the United States have already been struck down as an unconstitutional infringement upon our Second Amendment rights, all thanks to Bruen. More gun control laws are almost certain to be struck down pursuant to the Bruen decision in coming years as well.
